1. ما وظيفة التطبيق؟ ومن يدير المعلومات؟
يساعد LassouTalks الأطفال والبالغين الذين يواجهون صعوبات في التواصل على التعبير باستخدام الصور والكلمات والأصوات ومقاطع الفيديو القصيرة. يمكن للمستخدم البالغ إدارة بياناته بنفسه أو الاستعانة بشخص يختاره، بينما يتولى الوالدان أو مقدم الرعاية المخوّل ذلك عندما يلزم.
لا يتطلب استعمال البطاقات والتواصل المحلي إنشاء حساب شخصي لدى LassouTalks على الإنترنت. يتيح التطبيق ميزات اختيارية قد تتصل بخدمات أخرى، وتوضح هذه السياسة ما يحدث عند استخدامها.
2. ما المعلومات التي تُحفظ على الهاتف؟
يحتفظ التطبيق بالبطاقات والعبارات والإعدادات والصور والتسجيلات ومقاطع الفيديو القصيرة التي تُضاف إليه. وقد يحفظ اسم المستخدم وصورته وتاريخ ميلاده، والأشخاص المسموح بالتواصل معهم وأرقامهم، وبعض سجلات التواصل المحلية.
يمكن اختيار إضافة معلومات طوارئ أو معلومات صحية مثل الحساسية والأدوية وفصيلة الدم، وكذلك بيانات الدورة الشهرية عندما تُستخدم حقولها الاختيارية. هذه المعلومات تُدخلها أنت أو الشخص المخوّل، ولا يتحقق التطبيق طبيًا من صحتها. أدخل المعلومات التي تحتاج إليها فقط.
يُحفظ رمز الوصول الاختياري إلى منطقة الولي وبيانات استرداده في مساحة التطبيق المحلية. ولا يضمن الرمز القصير أو سؤال الاسترداد منع الوصول غير المصرّح به، لذا تبقى حماية الجهاز مهمة. في إصدارات التطبيق التي تدعم استبعاد هذه البيانات، لا تُدرج في النسخ الجديدة التي ينشئها التطبيق ولا في مسارات النسخ أو نقل البيانات في أندرويد المشمولة بقواعد الاستبعاد. وقد تحتوي نسخ احتياطية أُنشئت بإصدارات أقدم على هذه البيانات.
3. من يستطيع رؤية المعلومات؟
يمكن لأي شخص يستخدم الهاتف الوصول إلى المعلومات التي أُعدت للعرض ضمن شاشة «معلومات مهمة». تظهر بعض معلومات الطوارئ والصحة عند إدخالها، ولا تتوافر خيارات منفصلة لإخفاء كل عنصر منها. يمكن التحكم في ظهور بعض المعلومات الشخصية من منطقة الولي. لا يعرض التطبيق عنوان المنزل ضمن شاشة «معلومات مهمة».
حقول الدورة الشهرية اختيارية ومخفية افتراضيًا في واجهة المستخدم. وإذا اختير إظهارها، تظهر القيم المدخلة بالفعل. تغيير عنوان الحقل إلى اسم آخر لا يخفي قيمته. لذلك ينبغي مراجعة ما يظهر على الشاشة قبل إعطاء الجهاز لشخص آخر.
قد تظهر أسماء أو أجزاء من الرسائل في الإشعارات، بما في ذلك شاشة القفل، بحسب إعدادات الهاتف.
4. الأذونات والوسائط
يُستخدم الميكروفون عندما تختار التسجيل. ويُستخدم تطبيق الكاميرا أو منتقي الملفات عندما تختار إضافة صورة أو مقطع فيديو. قد ينشئ التصوير ملفات مؤقتة في مساحة وسائط الهاتف، وقد تظهر في المعرض أو تبقى إذا تعذّر حذفها بعد المعالجة.
قد يطلب التطبيق إذن الإشعارات للتذكيرات وتنبيهات الأجهزة المرتبطة. يمكن إدارة الأذونات والإشعارات من إعدادات الجهاز. لا يقدّم التطبيق علاجًا أو تشخيصًا أو مراقبة صحية مستمرة.
5. متى تنتقل المعلومات إلى خدمات أخرى؟
الأجهزة المرتبطة: إذا اخترت ربط جهاز آخر، فقد تنتقل رسالة النداء أو الجملة التي قررت إرسالها عبر خدمة التنبيهات، التي تستخدم خدمات سحابية للتوجيه وإشعارات الدفع. قد تعالج هذه الخدمات معرّفات تقنية ورموز إشعارات الدفع وبيانات توجيه مؤقتة ومحتوى الرسالة. لا تُرفق صور البطاقات أو ملف المستخدم الصحي آليًا بالتنبيه المعتاد، لكن النص الذي تختاره قد يتضمن معلومات شخصية أو حساسة. الإرسال لا يضمن الوصول أو القراءة.
واتساب: هذه ميزة خارجية اختيارية ومتوقفة افتراضيًا. إذا فُعّلت لشخص معيّن، يفتح التطبيق واتساب مع رقم ذلك الشخص ورسالة جاهزة. ينتقل الرقم والنص إلى واتساب بمجرد فتحه، حتى لو لم تُرسل الرسالة داخل واتساب. لا يتحكم LassouTalks في المحادثات أو الرسائل الواردة أو التنقل داخل واتساب. وتحديد أشخاص للتواصل داخل LassouTalks لا يقيّد ذلك داخل واتساب. يلزم التأكد من المستلم ورقمه وتأكيد استلام رسالة الاختبار للأرقام الجديدة أو المعدّلة قبل تفعيلها، مع مراعاة شروط الأهلية والعمر الخاصة بواتساب. قد تعمل وسيلة التنبيه المرتبط وفتح واتساب معًا للشخص نفسه عند تفعيلهما.
البحث عن الصور: يرسل البحث داخل مكتبة ARASAAC عبارة البحث واللغة إلى خدمتها، وقد يُحمّل صور المعاينة قبل اختيار الصورة. وقد يفتح البحث على الإنترنت متصفح الهاتف بعبارة البحث المختارة. ظهور صورة في نتائج البحث لا يعني أن لديك إذنًا بإعادة استخدامها.
النطق: قد يتلقى محرك تحويل النص إلى كلام المثبّت على الهاتف النص المراد نطقه. وقد يعتمد عمل المحرك على خدمات خارجية وفق إعداداته؛ لذلك لا نضمن أن كل عمليات النطق تبقى دون اتصال بالإنترنت.
6. النسخ الاحتياطية والمشاركة والاستعادة
يمكنك إنشاء نسخة احتياطية يدوية. ويمكنك أيضًا تفعيل النسخ الاحتياطي التلقائي الاختياري، الذي لا يتضمن الفيديوهات. تُحفظ النسخ في الوجهة التي تختارها. يؤدي إيقاف النسخ التلقائي إلى إيقاف عمليات النسخ التلقائي اللاحقة، لكنه لا يحذف ملف النسخة الاحتياطية الموجود. وقد يُجري نظام أندرويد نسخًا احتياطيًا مستقلًا وفق إعداداته.
لا يضيف LassouTalks تشفيرًا إلى ملفات النسخ الاحتياطية التي ينشئها. وقد تتضمن معلومات شخصية أو صحية وصورًا وأرقامًا. الإصدارات التي تدعم استبعاد رمز منطقة الولي وسؤال استرداده وإجابته لا تُدرج هذه البيانات في النسخ الجديدة، ولا تعيدها إلى التطبيق عند استعادة نسخة قديمة. لكن بعض النسخ القديمة قد تحتوي عليها، وقد تختلف حماية النسخ التي ينشئها أندرويد أو نقل البيانات بحسب إصدار التطبيق ونظام الهاتف والقواعد المطبّقة. احتفظ بملفات النسخ الاحتياطية في مكان آمن.
عند اختيار مشاركة نسخة احتياطية، يعرض الهاتف خيارات لتحديد التطبيق أو الخدمة أو المستلم الذي تريد مشاركة الملف معه. وقد تحتفظ الخدمة المختارة أو المستلم بنسخة لا يستطيع LassouTalks حذفها من تلك الخدمة أو من جهاز المستلم.
قد تؤدي استعادة نسخة احتياطية إلى استبدال بيانات محفوظة على الجهاز. وبعد الاستعادة، قد يلزم ربط الأجهزة من جديد وإعادة التحقق من مستلمي واتساب قبل استخدام ميزات التواصل المرتبطة بهم. ولا تُعد النسخ الاحتياطية مزامنة فورية بين الهواتف.
7. الاحتفاظ والحذف
تبقى البيانات المحلية إلى أن تعدّلها أو تحذفها أو تزال بيانات التطبيق من الجهاز. لبعض السجلات حدود داخلية للاحتفاظ، ويمكن إدارة السجلات والإعدادات عبر الخيارات المتاحة.
قد تحتفظ خدمات التنبيهات المرتبطة ببيانات تقنية مؤقتة لازمة للتوجيه أو معالجة طلبات الحذف. إذا كان خيار طلب حذف بيانات الربط متاحًا في إصدار التطبيق الذي تستخدمه، فإن إرسال الطلب لا يعني اكتمال الحذف. لا تعتبر الحذف مكتملًا إلا بعد تلقي تأكيد من الخدمة باكتماله. وقد يبقى الطلب معلّقًا أو غير مؤكّد عند تعذّر الاتصال أو التحقق. ولا يعني حذف بيانات الربط حذف الرسائل التي سبق أن استلمتها أجهزة أخرى أو النسخ المحفوظة لدى خدمات خارجية.
يمكنك الاستفسار أو طلب المساعدة في خصوصية بيانات الربط عبر البريد المذكور أعلاه. لا ترسل رموز الدخول أو الملفات الحساسة بالبريد دون ضرورة ووسيلة آمنة.
8. الجهات الخارجية والتغييرات وحقوقك
قد تشمل الخدمات المستخدمة عند تفعيل الميزات الاختيارية خدمات الإشعارات السحابية، والبحث عن الصور، وواتساب، ومحركات النطق، ومتصفح الهاتف، ومزوّدي التخزين. تخضع معالجة المعلومات لدى كل جهة لممارساتها وسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بها. ولا يتحكم LassouTalks مباشرةً في كيفية معالجة هذه الجهات للمعلومات التي تتلقاها.
تبقى لك حقوق الخصوصية التي ينص عليها القانون المعمول به. إذا تغيّرت طريقة التعامل مع البيانات بصورة مؤثرة، تُراجع هذه السياسة وتُحدّث، وتُطلب الموافقة الإضافية أو تُعرض إفصاحات مستقلة حيث يلزم.

1. What is the app and who manages information?
LassouTalks helps children and adults with communication difficulties express themselves through pictures, words, sounds and short video clips. Adult users can manage their own information or choose someone to help. Parents or an authorized caregiver can assist where needed.
You do not need a personal LassouTalks online account to use cards and local communication. Some optional features connect to other services. This policy explains what happens when you use them.
2. What information is kept on the device?
The app stores cards, phrases, settings and any pictures, recordings or short video clips added to the app. It may store the user's name, picture and date of birth, permitted contacts and their phone numbers, and local communication history.
You may choose to enter emergency or health details, including allergies, medication and blood group, as well as menstrual information when those optional fields are used. You or an authorized person enter these details; the app does not medically verify them. Only add information you need.
The optional Parent Area access code and recovery details are kept in the app's local data. A short code or recovery question does not guarantee protection against unauthorized access, so device security also matters. App versions that support credential exclusion omit these details from newly created app backups and from Android backup or data-transfer paths covered by their exclusion rules. Backups made with older versions may still contain these details.
3. Who can see the information?
Someone using the phone can open the Important Information view and see the details made available there. Certain emergency and health details appear when entered, and not every item has its own hide control. Some personal details can be hidden through the Parent Area. The home address is not displayed in the Important Information view.
Optional menstrual fields are hidden by default in the user-facing view. If you choose to display them, the entered values become visible. Changing a field's label does not conceal its value. Review what is displayed before handing the device to another person.
Names or message details may also appear in notifications, including on the lock screen, depending on device settings.
4. Permissions and media
The microphone is used when you choose to record audio. Your installed camera app or the system file picker is used when you choose a picture or video. Capturing media may create temporary files in the phone's media storage. These may appear in the gallery or remain if cleanup fails.
The app may request notification permission for reminders and linked-device alerts. You can manage permissions and notifications in the device settings. The app does not provide medical treatment, diagnosis or continuous health monitoring.
5. When does information reach other services?
Linked devices: If you choose to link another device, an attention alert or selected message may pass through the notification service, which uses cloud routing and push delivery. Those services may process technical installation identifiers, push tokens, temporary routing information and the message itself. Ordinary alerts do not automatically attach card images or the user's medical profile, but user-written text may contain private or sensitive information. Sending does not guarantee delivery or reading.
WhatsApp: This is an optional external feature, off by default. If enabled for a particular person, LassouTalks opens WhatsApp with that person's number and a prepared message. The number and message are passed to WhatsApp when it opens, even if the message is not sent inside WhatsApp. LassouTalks does not control conversations, incoming messages or navigation within WhatsApp. Selecting contacts within LassouTalks does not restrict these actions inside WhatsApp. Check the intended recipient and number, and confirm receipt of the required test message before enabling a new or changed number, subject to WhatsApp's eligibility and age requirements. If both routes are enabled for the same person, a linked-device alert and WhatsApp opening may occur together.
Image search: Searching the ARASAAC library sends the search words and language to that service and may load preview pictures before you choose one. Internet image search may open the phone's browser with the selected search query. Search results do not automatically grant permission to reuse an image.
Speech: The phone's installed text-to-speech engine may receive text selected for speech. Depending on its settings, that engine may use external services. We cannot guarantee that every speech operation stays offline.
6. Backups, sharing and restoring
You may create a manual backup. You may also enable optional automatic backups, which do not include videos. Backups are stored at a destination you choose. Turning off automatic backups stops subsequent automatic backup operations but does not delete the existing backup file. Android may also perform its own backup independently, depending on its settings.
LassouTalks does not add encryption to the backup files it creates. These files may contain personal or health details, pictures and phone numbers. App versions that support exclusion of the Parent Area access code, recovery question and answer do not include those details in new app backups or restore them from older app backups. However, some older backups may still contain them, and protection of Android system backups and data transfers depends on the app and Android versions and the rules that apply. Store backup files securely.
When you choose to share a backup, the phone displays options for selecting an app, service or recipient. The selected service or recipient may retain a copy that LassouTalks cannot delete from that service or the recipient’s device.
Restoring a backup may replace data stored on the device. After a restore, you may need to link devices again and reverify WhatsApp recipients before using the associated communication features. Backups are not live synchronization between phones.
7. Retention and deletion
Local information remains until it is edited, removed or the app's local data is deleted. Some activity records have internal limits, and available app settings can manage relevant records and preferences.
Linked alert services may retain short-lived technical information needed for routing or deletion requests. If your app version offers an option to request deletion of linked-device data, submitting a request does not mean deletion is complete. Treat deletion as complete only after the service confirms completion. A request may remain pending or unconfirmed if connection or validation fails. Deleting linked-device data does not mean that messages already received on other devices or copies held by external services are deleted.
You can ask questions or request assistance with linked-alert privacy using the email above. Do not email access codes or sensitive archives unless strictly necessary and using a safe method.
8. External services, updates and your rights
Services used through optional features may include cloud notification services, image-search providers, WhatsApp, speech engines, the phone’s browser and storage providers. Each provider processes information according to its own practices and privacy policy. LassouTalks does not directly control how those providers process the information they receive.
Your privacy rights under applicable law remain in place. If the way information is handled changes materially, the policy will be reviewed and updated, with additional consent or separate disclosures where required.
